Professional support packages

All our customers receive free basic support on all their hosting, email and domain services. However, we also provide a professional support service where you receive a dedicated block of time from a network or system administrator. Specialised corporate training, custom scripts, database configuration, software installation, on-site visits and modifications to existing websites are just some of the professional support services offered.

Onsite Visits

Our technicians are available to come onsite for whatever reason, including training sessions, lectures, network configuration and design, server setups, brainstorming, and any other professional IT service you require.
Onsite visits require a minimum purchase of 5 hours in advance. regardless of time actually used. If the service to be performed is complex, we may require further hours be purchased. There will also be an additional travel allowance if your corporate address is further than 10km away from our South Yarra, Melbourne offices, or if travel time one way exceeds 1/2 an hour.
We also encourage interstate companies to apply for our onsite services; this would involve a minimum purchase of 10 hours plus travel allowance (airfares and taxis). Please call us to confirm availabilities and needs!

Custom Quotes

Some businesses may require more than 10 hours of technician time. If you wish to purchase a larger block you may call our Support department at any time. We will be happy to provide a price competitive custom quote.

Our Offices

Our offices are located in South Yarra, Melbourne. If you would like to meet our technicians face to face you can come during business hours. Not available to clients who purchase less than 5 hours of support time.
